EVERLINE TRADING CO., LIMITED on the Companies House register
Of the five companies Hipobuy names as joint operators, one is registered in England. Here is its public entry, read on the register itself, with nothing added about its role.
Companies House
The entry on the public register
Companies House is the UK’s register of companies, and its company pages are free to read. The entry for company number 16860663 is EVERLINE TRADING CO., LIMITED.

On 17 October 2026 the overview showed: registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ; company status active; company type private limited company; incorporated on 17 November 2025. Its first accounts are made up to 30 November 2026 and due by 17 August 2027; its first confirmation statement date is 16 November 2026, due by 30 November 2026. The nature of business is given as SIC 46900, non-specialised wholesale trade.
The registered office matches, apart from capital letters and one comma, the address Hipobuy prints for EVERLINE in its footer and on its Contact Us page.
Filings
One filing so far
The filing history is short. It holds a single document dated 17 November 2025: the incorporation, with model articles adopted and a statement of capital of GBP 10,000 on that date.

That is what a company of this age usually shows. The first confirmation statement and the first accounts are not due until the dates on the overview, so there is nothing yet about turnover, assets or who controls the company beyond what was filed at incorporation.
The People tab lists one officer. This site does not reproduce personal details from the register; anyone who needs them can read the entry directly at Companies House.
Operator list
How Hipobuy lists its operators

Hipobuy’s footer, its Contact Us page and its About Us page carry the same list: five companies that jointly operate the platform. Hong Kong has two of them; the others sit in Kington, Herefordshire, in Road Town on Tortola, and in the Polish capital.
EVERLINE is the only one on the UK register. The others would be looked up on their own countries’ registers, which this site has not done.
One more company appears in Hipobuy’s orbit without being on the list: the App Store seller of the Hipobuy iOS app is shown as SOUTHERN TIMES INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED. This site records that as a fact about the app listing, nothing more.
Limits of a register entry

Companies House prints a plain warning at the top of its pages: it “does not check the accuracy of the information filed”. A register entry is what a company has told the registrar, nothing more.
Nor does the entry say what EVERLINE does for Hipobuy. Hipobuy names five companies as joint operators without saying which one takes a given payment, which one employs the warehouse staff or which one answers a complaint. This site does not infer a role from the address.
So the entry answers one narrow question: is the UK company Hipobuy names a real, active, registered company at the address Hipobuy gives. On 17 October 2026, the answer on the register was yes.
Where Hipobuy’s own terms send a dispute

Hipobuy’s footer Service Terms say they are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and that a disagreement goes first to talks between you and the companies that run Hipobuy, and failing that to a court in the place where Hipobuy’s main operating company mainly does business. Other Hipobuy documents name courts in mainland China.
That is as far as this site goes on the subject. It does not say which law applies to you, and the fact that one operator is registered in England is not a statement about jurisdiction.
Checking a UK company yourself

You do not need to rely on this page. The Companies House search accepts a company name or number, and the company pages show four tabs: Overview, Filing history, People and More.
The filing history lists every document with its date and a free PDF. The Follow this company button, visible on the overview, lets Companies House email you when something new is filed, which is a simple way to see when EVERLINE’s first accounts arrive.
The same method works for any UK-registered business you deal with. It will not tell you how good a service is, only whether the company exists and what it has filed.
