A Hipobuy Spreadsheet is a catalogue of seller links grouped by department. Use it to discover a product, then check the original listing for measurements, options, price and availability.

Hipobuy is the buying agent. It purchases from supported Chinese marketplaces, receives the item in China and provides warehouse checks before you submit an international parcel.

At the warehouse: compare photos with the order; ask for a missing measurement or close-up.

Budget for two payments and keep their records

The item purchase and international shipping are separate stages. Domestic delivery, conversion, payment-channel fees, optional services and destination charges can also affect the total. Hipobuy’s stated free agent service does not remove those costs.

A wallet top-up, order payment, gold-coin credit and card refund are different records. Save the payment reference and the order or parcel it relates to.
